POKEBALLS ARE BACK. Yes, you still can't escape Pokemon. The Pokemon Club of Avalon returns exactly the way it worked in 2008–2010: three craftable balls from the fishermen of Ayothaya and three strong ones in the donation shop.

What a Pokeball does

Use it and a creature appears next to you, follows you and attacks whatever you attack for 60 seconds, then vanishes. It gives no experience and no drops, it is just a companion for the fight.

The Ayothaya quest (Lv 1–3)

Start with Mc Arthur in Prontera (112,245) and listen to his story. Then sail to Ayothaya: old Griroki at the docks wants a Sakkat and the secret phrase, the Captain of the palace guard wants a Main Gauche for his collection, and after that the fisherman Korris on the west side of town trades Pokeballs for plant materials:

Sillkira in the Ayothaya inn sells Stems, Shoots and Maneater Blossoms, as she did in 2010. Korris makes up to 1000 balls at a time.

The strong ones — as in 2008

Novice, Advanced and Master Pokeballs come in packs in the donation shop with the original 2008 prices: 25 Novice for 2 euro, 15 Advanced for 2 euro, 10 Master for 3 euro. Exactly as then, the three strong balls cannot be used on PvP maps.

What you need to do

Restart the launcher once — patch 104 brings the Pokeball descriptions. The quest NPCs are already in place.
