A 13-step chain tracked by the variable white_guardian_wings_quest, completable only once. No class, level or failure requirements, and every hand-in is protected by a countitem check. Wrong dialogue picks ("You're pretty arrogant.", "Why do you need wings?", "Apprentice? Sounds more like slave!") only end the conversation - just talk to the NPC again. During the ritual step Blair closes the dialogue and plays roughly ten seconds of scripted effects with sleep2, so stay put until she faints and the next dialogue appears. Note that Blair starts the quest but Jerric, not Blair, hands over the wings at the very end. The reward, item 30002, is listed in the Avalon database as Faerie Wings.
