Walkthrough
Stage 1 — Dwight Gotthard

Talk to Dwight and answer "Here!" when he asks whether you would rather live in the city. He asks you to distract his wife, who is somewhere around the house.
Stage 2 — Julia Gotthard

Talk to Julia, choose "Anything I can help with?" and then "Sure!" She hands you her gathering list.
Stage 3 — Julia Gotthard
Location: hu_in01 363,245
Come back with everything. Julia takes the goods, decides she now has enough to keep her busy in Hugel, and asks you to tell her husband she is staying.

Notes
Answer choices matter: you must pick "Here!" with Dwight (choosing the city ends the conversation for good), and with Julia you must pick "Anything I can help with?" and then "Sure!" - the other answers just close the dialogue. Both NPCs stand in the same Hugel building. Repeatable: the Headgear2 variable is reset to 0 when Dwight hands over the banner.
