- Colin the coal miner has not found much down in the Mjolnir mines and is ready to start headin' for the skies. Weeks ago he showed a lost man from the clouds the way out, and was given something he has no use for himself.
How to complete
Talk to Colin#Coalminer at mjo_dun03 24,59.
Talk to Colin and answer "What's up?", then choose "What do you need?" so he reads out his shopping list. Gather everything, come back, answer "Yes" to "Didja grab everythin'?" and confirm. He takes the whole pile at once and hands you the hat the man from the clouds left him.

One single hand-in, but a very long gathering list - collect everything before the second conversation, because the check is all-or-nothing and Colin just accuses you of trying to scam him if anything is short. Be careful with the dialogue: answering "That sucks for you!", "Not interested." or "Keep diggin'!" makes him throw you out of the mine and warps you to mjolnir_02 55,329. The item check and the removal live in the functions sabbathielskyhatitemcheck and sabbathielskyhatdeleteitems; the check is written in the unusual form if (...) || (...) return 0;, which the rAthena parser still reads as one single OR chain, so it works as intended. Progress is stored in avcoal_step and reset to 0 after the hat is handed over, so the quest is repeatable. No class or level requirement.
