How to complete
Talk to Earth Spirit at moc_pryd06 87,180.
Choose "I would like to upgrade my Armor to a slotted version.", read the list under "What do I need to make it slotted?", then hand everything over with "I have all that I need."

Notes
The second menu branch of the same NPC and it requires the finished armor from the first quest, which is consumed (with any refine or card in it). No Zeny is charged and there is no quest variable, so it is repeatable. The dialogue also lists 100 Tail of Steel Scorpion, but that line is commented out in the script because the monster that drops it does not exist, so only the three items above are actually taken. Note that the script's "Scorpian Tail" is the ordinary Scorpion Tail (item 904).
