- Hidden deep in the Goblin Dungeon, the Wind Spirit boasts that its armor is so light you feel as if you could just float away. It will forge the plain version first and only then, grudgingly, punch a slot into it - "don't expect any gifts from me."
Walkthrough
Stage 1 — Wind Spirit
Location: gon_dun02 214,22
Talk to the Wind Spirit and pick "I have all the required items!" to have the plain Wind Armor forged. "How can I obtain the Wind Armor?" only repeats the shopping list.
Bring:
- 75x Rough Wind
- 1x Full Plate [1]
- 100x Plant Bottle
- 150x Soft Feather
- 1x Dokebi Card
- 750,000 Zeny
Receive: Ebeshi's Typhoon Armor
Stage 2 — Wind Spirit
Location: gon_dun02 214,22
Talk to the same spirit again, choose "I'd like to upgrade my armor to a slotted version." and then "I have all that I need" to have the armor re-forged with a slot.
Bring:
- 1x Ebeshi's Typhoon Armor
- 100x Feather of Birds
- 175x Wing of Dragonfly

Notes
Both steps are handled by the same NPC through two different menu options, so the whole chain can be done in one visit if you carry everything at once. There is no class, level or quest-progress check and the quest can be repeated as often as you can gather the materials. Every item and the Zeny are verified before anything is taken, so a failed attempt costs you nothing. The plain armor is destroyed by the upgrade.
