- An old fisherman is dozing by the water in Payon Archer Village - all day at the rod and still no catch, though he did hook something odd: a strange spear with the name Brionac etched on it. He will trade it for enough supplies to let him stay out fishing longer.
How to complete
Talk to Old Fisherman at pay_arche 140,145.
Wake him up, ask "What is it?" to hear the deal, then choose "I have the stuff, Lets Trade!" while carrying everything. He checks your bag and hands over the spear on the spot.

Notes
One-step exchange with no failure chance and no quest variable, so it is fully repeatable. Every countitem check matches its delitem amount and the Zeny is checked before it is deducted, so nothing is taken unless you have the whole pile. The NPC is named Old Fisherman#briquest in the script. Note the 1,000 Sticky Mucus - that is the bulk of the weight, so plan your inventory.
