- Angel Elizabeth loiters in Juno showing off her wings, and if you flatter them she will point you to a friend of hers who "lives in the sky". That friend, Angel James, enjoys the view from above Louyang and is willing to build you a pair of your own - once you bring him the materials.
Walkthrough
Stage 1 — Angel Elizabeth
Location: yuno 21,208
Talk to Elizabeth and answer "They are sexy~" when she asks about her wings. She promises to contact a friend of hers who lives in the sky and tells you to go and find him.
Stage 2 — Angel James
Location: gon_dun02 193,166
Find James in the second floor of the Louyang dungeon. He has already heard from Elizabeth and reads out the list of materials he needs to make the wings.
Stage 3 — Angel James
Location: gon_dun02 193,166
Come back with everything and pick "I got the items". James crafts the wings on the spot.

Notes
One-time quest, tracked by the variable miniangel_quest (0 to 3). No class or level requirement and no failure chance. James' dialogue also asks for 1 Angel Wing, but that requirement was removed from the Avalon script (item 15043 does not exist in the database), so only the four items above are actually taken. Every delitem is protected by a countitem check. The reward is item 30015, which the Avalon database lists as Wings of Courage (Armor, DEF 5, 1 slot) - the same item handed out at the end of the Wings of Courage chain. Answering "I got something better." to Elizabeth simply ends the talk; you can speak to her again to start over.
